IF YOUR QUERY RELATES TO A PACKAGE NOT YET ARRIVED ... 

As a first suggestion, please try contacting your local Royal Mail Depot or place that you normally go to collect a package when a delivery has been attempted when you are not home (even if there is no calling card as they sometimes do not leave one) ... this may sound a bit weird, but definitely worth a try as 99% of the time, this resolves the problem!
