PRE-ORDER SERVICE?

If you're looking to purchase your petals now, but your wedding's not for a few months ... you can ask us to delay dispatch & we'll post your petals 4 weeks prior to your wedding date (or 8 weeks if you're international). That way you can tick a job off the list without having to worry about long term storage of your petals & you'll know that you'll have 'fresh' petals that look great on your big day ...

The Pre-Order Service is particularly useful if you're wanting to purchase some of our personalised or custom made to order products. These products require some preparation time prior to dispatch & I can become fully booked at busy times, such as peak wedding season. The Pre-Order Service allows you to get booked into my diary in plenty of time & avoid any last-minute disappointment.

How do I use the Pre-Order Service ...

Contact us enquiries@driedpetalcompany.com to place an order with our Pre-Order Service. 

  • We'll need details of the item(s) you're wanting to purchase - you might find it easier to paste links to the items into your email.
  • Any items that are personalised, we'll require the personalisation details
  • We need the date so that we know when to arrange the dispatch of your order - please take a few moments to double check the date you've typed is correct!

Once we receive your email, we'll email back to confirm the order details & send an online invoice for you to make your secure online payment.

Once we have your payment, we'll pop it onto the calendar for dispatch around 4 weeks before your wedding date.

WANT TO SPREAD THE COST OF YOUR CONFETTI?

We offer Payment Plan options with payments taken monthly or bi-monthly on an arranged date (so you can pick pay day for example) over an agreed timescale.

Please note:

  • No items will be sent out until full payment has been received
  • Custom made items will not begin crafting until full payment has been received
